A 15,000 m² regenerative neighborhood park for Al Safa 2 — where nature, culture and artificial intelligence create a cooler, greener, more human public realm. Designed by AryAiX and recognized among the top 10 designs in its competition.
Inspired by the traditional oasis, WAHA brings water, shade, vegetation and community into balance. A continuous shaded loop links active and quiet zones, native landscapes restore biodiversity and cut heat, and AI runs underneath — reading the site, simulating comfort, and optimizing irrigation, energy and crowds in real time so the park keeps improving after it opens.
Water, shade and greenery at the heart of the park.
Shade, wind and water extend comfortable use across the year.
Data and simulation guided every decision — a park that learns.
Stormwater harvesting, greywater reuse and smart irrigation.
Native planting, pollinator corridors and habitat gardens.
Designed for all ages and abilities, rooted in Emirati identity.
WAHA is how AryAiX brings AI into the public realm. If you're planning a park, a district, or a smart-city environment, let's talk.
